Product Structure



Structure: Oil-resistant NBR inner tube + two layers high-tensile textile braid reinforcement + wrapped synthetic rubber outer cover. Light-weight, highly flexible for general medium-pressure hydraulic applications.

1. Inner Tube Oil-resistant NBR synthetic rubber. Smooth bore, excellent compatibility with mineral-based hydraulic oil; prevents fluid leakage and medium erosion.

2. Reinforcement LayerTwo high-tensile textile braids. No steel wire. Provides medium-pressure strength, outstanding flexibility and vibration-absorbing performance.

3. Outer Cover (Wrapped Cover) Weather-resistant synthetic rubber, wrapped finish. Good abrasion, ozone & UV resistance, protects textile reinforcement from mechanical damage, dirt and outdoor ageing.
