Type I—Outer layer rubber is not oil-resistant.
Type II—Outer layer rubber is oil-resistant.
III. Models of Steel Wire Braided Steam Hose:
Type 1—Intended for a maximum working steam pressure of 0.3 MPa (3 bar), corresponding to a steam temperature of 144℃;
Type 2—Intended for a maximum working steam pressure of 0.6 MPa (3 bar), corresponding to a steam temperature of 165℃;
Type 3—Intended for a maximum working steam pressure of 1.0 MPa (3 bar), corresponding to a steam temperature of 184℃;
Type 4—Intended for a maximum working steam pressure of 1.6 MPa (3 bar), corresponding to a steam temperature of 204℃;
Type 5—Intended for a maximum working steam pressure of 1.6 MPa (3 bar), corresponding to a steam temperature of 204℃, and can be used continuously. IV. Structure of Steel Wire Braided Steam Hose: The hose consists of an inner rubber layer resistant to pressurized steam aging, a middle rubber layer, one or more layers of high-strength steel wire braiding or winding, and an outer rubber layer.
V. Applications of Steel Wire Braided Steam Hose: Used for conveying high-temperature, high-pressure steam or superheated water, achieving high-temperature transportation or heat transfer.
VI. Operating Temperature of Steel Wire Braided Steam Hose: 140℃—204℃
VII. Operating Pressure of Steel Wire Braided Steam Hose: 0.3Mpa (3bar)-1.6Mpa (16bar).
